For 2023, We are thrilled to be teaming up with the crew at the Silverstone Festival, August 25/27, to help them organise a Demonstration of Formula One cars! To celebrate the 75th Anniversary of Silverstone, we are welcoming entries from Formula One cars from the post-66 era right up to the modern-day!
As well as the six Masters racing grids taking part in this fantastic three-day Festival, we will also be celebrating Silverstone’s rich Formula One history with a 15-minute on-track demonstration of Grand Prix cars each day. The cars will also be displayed under awnings in a dedicated paddock area in the International Paddock.
Entry Requirements for the F1 Demonstration
Eligibility – The demonstration is open to all post-66 F1 cars right up to modern day! Cars with a history linked to Silverstone will be given priority
Driver Requirements – Drivers must hold a minimum of a Race National (or ASN equivalent) or be able to show proof of relevant competent racing experience in this type of car.
Scrutineering Requirements – The cars will be officially scrutineered on a ‘Fit for Purpose’ basis. The Cars will not be required to have a current crack test, bag tank or seat belts to the latest FIA regulations, but of course, these are preferred.
Cost – There will be 3 x 15-minute sessions throughout the weekend. The cost is £250 per car. The F1 demonstration is open to all Masters Members and Non-Members Included. Access to the Masters Drivers Club is not included for Non-Members. However, Masters Drivers Club tickets can be bought for £50 per person per day. Each entered car will receive three 3-day access passes for the Silverstone Festival.
